I need help regarding voice recording in police station

I am a 34yrs old House wife married for 6years in belgaum and troubled by husband and inlaws i have given complaint in police station there my huband started abusing me and my parents i have voice recording of same can i use it as a evidence in court under 65b ?

The voice recording of your husband abusing your parents and you can we use the as a evidence under 65 B. but that will not be a confused evidence of anything in cases of domestic violence or of divorce. as it may be considered as an outburst in anger. but it will surely serve as a supporting evidence.

Dear Madam, Yes, you can use that as an evidence. First ask the police to register FIR and put him behind the bars. The evidence stage comes only after two years. Just file multiple cases against your husband his family members and see that he comes to you and compromise.
