21-Oct-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am a 34yrs old House wife married for 6years in belgaum and troubled by husband and inlaws i have given complaint in police station there my huband started abusing me and my parents i have voice recording of same can i use it as a evidence in court under 65b ?
The voice recording of your husband abusing your parents and you can we use the as a evidence under 65 B. but that will not be a confused evidence of anything in cases of domestic violence or of divorce. as it may be considered as an outburst in anger. but it will surely serve as a supporting evidence.
