I need help regarding Divorce and some legal actions

Sir meri shadi jabardasti karwa di gyi h lekin me yaha rahna ni chahti mere 2 questions h first agr me apni marji se ghar chhod k jati hu to meri family or sasural Wale mere against kya actions le sakte h or 2nd ki mere sasural Wale muje as such koi problem ni dete to me divorce kaise le sakti hu

Apki shadi agar dokhe se Kari gayi hai ya aap ye stand leti hai to koi problem nahi hai ,aap apni marriage dissolve kara sakti hai yani ki divorce petition file kar sakti hai on grounds of force or fraud committed against u .Apke sasural wale apke ya apke family ke against kuch nahi kar sakte hai if u have strong grounds against them .I am divorce lawyer u can contact me. On ground of fraud and force u can get it annuledfrom court. U can leave ur matrimonial house and immediately register FIR .

नमस्ते, 1. अगर आप घर छोड़के जाती है तो वे आपके खिलाफ कुछ विशेष नहीं कर सकते, अधिकतम आपको वापस लाने के लिए sec. 9 आवेदन लगाएंगे जिससे आपको कोई खासी समस्या नहीं है। 2. अगर आपका आपके ससुराल वालो से कोई विवाद नहीं है तो आप अपने पति को सचाई बता कर डाइवोर्स लगा सकती है।
