I Need divorce from wife as her behavior is not good within family.

My wife refuse to take care of my mother. I am only son to my mother. She is 68 years old and now frequently feel sick. Wife does not maintain cordial relations to my family members. Always quarrel. But I have 14 months baby girl. I don't want to loose or separate from my baby. What should I do? Very confused at this moment. What r legal options in this situation.?
14 months old baby will remain with her mother only untill she attains the age of 7 years and after that u can file application for custody of the child, currently u can file a case for divorce under cruelty ground but u need to living separately for atleast one year which is a madatory period for filing divorce moreover if your wife is not working then u will have to pay monthly maintenance to her and the child
