I need divorce from my husband.

My husband is not ready to stay with me. but he is not ready to give divorce. he is saying i will do sign to agreement that i will not disturb you in life. But ours is register marriage. so i need divorce. can i go for exparti divorce where i get legal divorce from him. we are hindu.
There will be no special status for someone who has entered into a registered marriage compared to those not. You do not have an option to go for ex-parte divorce. It becomes ex parte when
even after taking notice your husband choses to remain absent from court.

Dear Madam,
You may file divorce case with all the grounds. You may probably get the divorce if your husband is placed Ex parte. It seems your husbands intention is give trouble to you. Even if he comes to the Court and participate in the proceedings there are more chances of getting divorce and ultimately the said registration of marriage maybe cancelled. Better file divorce case as early as possible.
