In the event the husband is harassing the wife and not providing the basic necessity is including the financial support the women can file a complaint under domestic violence act. Further if is she does not ways to continue the marital relationship she can file a divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty. If the women does not wish to stay with her husband she can leave the house out of her free will. In the event the male divorcee friend supports the married woman and this fact comes to the knowledge of her husband there are chances that she might be accused for having an extra marital affair. Complaint cannot be filed against the friend if she states that she has left her house voluntarily.
