I married 2 year's back having one child I need mutual divorce please let me know procedure. Is there any minimum alimony for mutual divorce.
You can apply for mutual divorce. There is no minimum alimony. If your wife agrees to give divorce without alimony then you can proceed.
Cooling period is six month. After that you will get mutual divorce. If it urgent then you can file application to waive off such cooling period.

Yes, both parties must agree for mutual consent divorce. The petition had to file before the family court. you both of you better to engage an advocate to draft your petition and represent on behalf of you in the Court. The advocate will guide you properly for this issue.
