I can't afford a lowyar .But won't divorce .Can I file divorce with out lowyar n how
If you cannot afford a lawyer, then kindly apply to the Legal Aid Centre of the concerned Court to provide you a lawyer who will either charge you no fees or will charge you reasonable amount of fees depending upon your income status. You have to prove before the Legal Aid your Income Status through filing of certain Documents, then if you will qualify for the Aid to be granted, then you will be granted financial aid or a lawyer to handle your case for free or on reasonable cost or you will get no help from Legal Aid.
