I love someone else except my husband, I want to give divorce my husba

How can I apply for divorce ? I leave my husband and stay together with my love one from last 7 month. I want to give divorce to my husband but he did not. Now what can I do ? How can I get release from my husband?

you have to file contested divorce and there is a very valid ground if you can file on that there is a specific judgement on it also and you will get relief from your husband but it will take time as judicial process takes time and most important thorough discussion is required to understand pros and cons
