I hv been married for 8 months ... They told tht they ll give house and gold as dowry but they didn't give it's with them but i ask abt it she s threatening me for divorce case . She s a diabetic for 12 yrs but lied to us tht she s diabetic only for 2 yrs . I got heart problem 3 months after marriage for unknown reason. She was not with me for 8 months only we use to meet weekly basis sometimes it doesn't even happen... Wt should be done further

It is a short period of marriage. The lifestyle of a diabetic patient is a bit different and insulin dependency is on another level. If you want to continue with the matrimonial relationship then you can engage elders from both sides for an amicable solution. Otherwise you need to wait for one year to complete to file for divorce.

if you are facing immediate dowry case then you should be very careful on your wife attitude in such circumstances you can either file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights or a petition for divorce that is legal is safe otherwise they will file domestic violence compliant dowry prohibition case and other related case against you and your family and so in this such circumstances your family will put to a great hardship hardship so it is better to proceed you legally before your wife proceed legally
