I have sent court notice section 13 1 (ia) due to my wife left me more than year now. And her cruelty am not ready to continue. Now she was not coming to counselling which was filed by my advocate in the court. She keep on prolonging next hearing for every 3 months iterating.How to get divorce from her. not cmng for mutual divorce also

you had file your divorce case under the quality ground so you had made certain allegation that your wife had committed cruelty against so in such circumstances the first chance is the counselling whether there is reunion or not if the counselling is fail the court will ask to file return statement for the allegation made by you after that the court will continue it's trial so in the trial you should prove that charges made by you are true and your wife has the same responsibility to this prove that charges made by you are not true after that going through the oral and return evidence and other circumstances evidence the courts manner
