I have married to my boyfriend secretary 1year back in Arya Samaj

I have married to my boyfriend secretary 1 and half year back in Arya Samaj. We didn't do/follow any kind of rituals but still we got certificate that we are married and we didn't register our marriage. Is this marriage valid or not? I don't want to stay with him due to some reasons. Do I have to file a divorce or this marriage is not valid as we didn't follow or do any kind rituals just obtain the certificate.
You have to go to courts for obtaining a legal divorce from your husband . Okay Ben if you haven’t followed any rituals and customs you have married as per Hindu customs and that is legal and a valid marriage

If you have got the Certificate, that, you are Married, you should go for a Marriage Dissolution Petition, that, is to declare your Marriage Null and Void as no rituals were followed at the time of your Marriage Solemnization.
