I have lost my mutual divorce settlement deed.
13-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got divorced in Saket court in the year 2021. I have lost the settlement deed. How to get the certified copy of the same. I have my divorce decree but not finding the settlement deed.

The family court must have mentioned your settlement deed in the divorce degree itself. You can approach the court for the certified copy of the same by filing an appropriate application in this regard along with miscellaneous charges.

You may contact the lawyer and get the certified copy applied. Initially You need to give a vakalatnama to the lawyer and there after he will be able to move an application before the judge. The honourable court Will than allow the application for its onward submission to the certified counter
