I have filed a divorce case, but my husband is not attending , they are not giving my Jewelleries. Can he get ex party?

if your husband is not attending the court to contest the suit then it is very imminent that your suit for annulment will be granted exparte. also you can always recover your stridhan by making appropriate application before the criminal court.

since your jewelleries are pending in your husband house you need to do the filling for getting back yor jewelleries are you having the bills of it have you filled for contested divorce what is your jurisdiction...
