I have filed a contested divorce
17-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My lawyer is not following up for Mediation date those have agreed for divorce how to proceed I am badly stressed mental trauma I have informed that i do not want money. Kindly help.
Change your advocate by getting NOC if still he doesn't give NOC you can file affidavit and change lawyer. Feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard. Its better to settle matter soon
