I have come out of marital home after 5 months of marriage due to mental and physical torture by husband I have left my clothes ,home appliances(bero,bed,washing machine,fridge,tv,steel vessels,mixie,grinder) bought by my parents worth 1,50,000₹ . I have put judicial separation+maintenance case ....how can I get my home appliance and clothes from marital home??? .....lawyer said to put "sec 27 return of property"petition but if I put that petition the and I give list of articles if my husband didn't sign the list of articles petition then court will not order to give back my belongings so what will I do in that situation

You just have to provide the list of articles that is required by You from him. There is no need of any signature in the list of articles that is going to be filed in the return of Property petition. Hope your issue would be resolved by this.

yes you need to file the petition on sec 27 of the family court act for return of your articles, once enquiry is conducted the case ordered then you can forcefully file execution petition and get the return of your articles
