I have been married for more than two years and now my wife has left the house almost four months ago and is asking for huge sum for divorcing. She is saying that if I don't pay up then she will file cases against me and also file claim for maintenance and house in the courtWife is working and earns well (25-30 LPA)My query is -nnI bought a property in my name during these four months period after she left the house. The payment of the property is done in three parts - My Father's Account, My Mother's Account and 20 Year Loan from Bank. This can be shown as bank transactionsCan she claim the house? If yes, how can I save the house from her claim?

Sir It is important to know as to on whose name the house has been registered. If the property is purchased by your father and mother it is their self acquired property. Firstly, you should immediately get yourself disowned by your father and mother so that your wife can't claim the house. As far as maintenance is concerned it is quite clear that she is capable enough to maintain herself though she may file a case for maintenance as it will ultimately come down for the judge to decide whether she is entitled for the maintenance or not. Your wife can’t claim the ownership rights in the property purchased by you until you are live ! I would recommend you to hire expert advocate n move your apprehension intimation regarding the threats ! This will act as a shield throughout the time ! Plz b in touch

you have to file sec 9 case it will help you to fight with different case whatever your wife will filed. sec 9 case means u r calling your wife for restitution of conjual rights for further query plz free to call

hello client as i can see your issue is realley nèed to take care in your case yes your wife can claim on the part of your owner ship . tht is her right to claim . yes your property can be saved tht is for sure buy for that course of action we need to follow certain steps as per requirement of the legal procedure to save you. but for tht you nees ti move to high court.

You can seek divorce from her in contested grounds of law and then as she is working prove it and she won’t be entitled for any maintenance and property also You can discuss in details during consultation abt all issues
