I have been in an unhappy marriage. We have two kids. I am having an affair for the past 2 years. I told my wife all about it and amicably asked for a divorce. I agreed to pay her share in all of my property, child support and alimony and even keep the kids.Now she is creating havoc by being verbally abusiv to my parents and children. She won't agree for divorce and wants to make my life hell. How can I end things without causing unnecessary risks to anyone.

Best would have been to make her agree for the mutual divorce, otherwise you have to take action against her like actions for abusing your parents and the children, or suit by parents to evict your wife from matrimonial home, divorce or judicial separation suit by you..

sir, you have to understand that it is you who created havoc over life of your wife. you have extra marital affair and that will impact your wife marital life. have u ever think what is the fault of your wife if you have affair. if u r wrong? however you can still file for divorce and contest the same...court will grant divorce in your favor and morever you can pay alimony before the court. rgds
