I have been cheated with 50k by a girl from Kolkata.

I met a Kolkata girl on jeevansathi app in Oct 23 and on 1st day I had told her that I am looking for a working girl..if u r ready then I will continue with you and she agreed.then we had good days going on and we were in love and ready for marriage too but she refused to marry me in April 24 and I have spent around 50-60k on her and never met her personally and Neve had any physical relations with her.now when I am asking for money to return she is not giving me any money back and abusing me

Well, If you have given her money as Loan, then, you would be eligible to get your money back. In cases like your's, Police usually treats money spent by you as either Gift or Investment made by you in return of getting your expectations fulfilled, which not got fulfilled, that is why, you are creating the scene. However, if you can prove that her intent was to chest you since the beginning, then, Police can register a case of Cheating against her with a malafide intent to extort you along with the Offence of Criminal Breach of Trust.
