I have been cheated on false promises of marriage

I got married in April 2018, however no physical relationship with husband and got separated aftr 20 days and applied mutual divorce..meanwhile cab driver told me that he will marry me after divorce is over..i trusted him for 1 nd half years and had physical relationship with him now he says he will not marry me? Will this be extra marital affair by me? Can I file case against driver for cheating me or asking him to get married legally??

You are unnecessarily asking several questions withou any action. It is common sense that you should lodge complaint. Your case becoming weak day by day. It seems you are not ready to take action. If it is real then approach higher police officers or tv media.

Dear Madam, as per your query you have not clarified regarding the result of mutual divorce petition. if you are obtained mutual divorce petition then you can file a cheating case against him. You can approach me for this service with reasonable fee.
