I have an online friend, who can be considered more than that in terms of our connection. But we have never met in person. Our relationship is completely online and my identity is also not completely revealed to him. I'm planning on divorcing my husband on the grounds of domestic abuse which stands very true. If my husband accuses me of an extra marital affair, which right now he doesn't suspect of. But during a contested case, if he accuses me of this without any proof or evidence, can the court have my phone checked?

Court will never give any direction to check your phone but if the lawyer of your husband is intelligent than he/she may call for your call details from your mobile no. But if he can prove that you are in affair than it is also positive to you if you want divorce from him and not want to take any alimony or maintainance from him, but if u accept the affair you are not entitle for any maintainance from him, you can reach me by searching on Google AK Rohilla Advocate rohtak or Rohilla's and Singh associate, law firm, Rohtak if you want more detail
