I have a 2 months old baby boy, after the delivery my wife took away the baby to her parents home and since then she is coming back. And she is not even showing my baby's picture and all. And when I call her to come back she denies to stay with my parents, and constantly she is demanding me 20k per month for maintenance. And if don't do so she is threatened me to make my n my parents life hell and harass me. So after all this me and my family is in mental trauma phase. I let her knew abot our mental status then also she is not coming to look after. So please suggest me will this be ground for filing divorce case? If yes what proofs will I have to show in court?

arrange of correspondences in which she has denied your repeated request to come back. also of communication in which she has threatened you with criminal cases against your parents if you insist on her coming back. also of her disinclination and denial to show and let you meet your child. finally these are very strong ground for divorce and you may pursue that path if you feel that you want to finally break the bond.

You can take legal step to ensure that your wife stays with you along with the baby and if she is not willing to do so then she has to come in terms with you. This can be dealt without any damage to you or your family.
