I had filed divorce on grounds of cruelty against my ex husband and in laws. Now I am divorced,& for permanent lumpsum alimony Judge has ordered to file recourse under section 25 of the Hindu marriage act for permanent alimony. Actually high court has orderd my ex husband to pay Rs 15,000 has monthly maintenance which my ex husband is not paying.Maintenance execution petition sent by court through registerd post has cme back to court, citing Rs 5 less on post envelope for the 1st time, 2nd time execution petition sent through court ameen has come back to court has address not found. Earlier I had filed 2 mainteance execution petition which had been served to my ex husband address and he paid the maintenance also .Now what step should I take for 3rd time for this maintenance execution to be served to my husband's address. I don't have ex husband's email ID to send execution.I am unemployed, having streedhan from my father's side.Can I claim permanent lumpsum alimony from my ex hub?
