i got married in India, august 2022 with my husband, who born in India and settled in usa with h1b visa. he spent 2 weeks after marriage, he acted so nice and humble in India. After going back to usa, he didnt call or message, whenever i call him , he wantedly get into fight and will ended up saying that he want divorce from me. My in-laws are not helping , they were supporting their son. After a lot of pressure from my home, he finally made me to come to usa in sep 2022 with h4 visa (dependent). his behaviour was horrible in usa , there was a physical abuse too. He threatened me to leave his house and insulted me for depended on him financially. he even warned me that he would cancel my visa. Somehow, i find out, that he is cheating on me with his ex- girlfriend. he want to get divorce with me and marry her. Now I'm in India and wanted divorce but he is refusing to come to India. i went thought so much, financially, mentally and physically. Please give me some advice.
