I got married 7 months back. But, we are separated for 6 months.

got married 7 months back. But, we are separated for 6 months. I have opportunity to go abroad. If I go to abroad, I will come back to India after 2 years. So, it will be broken relationship. Can I marry another girl without filing a divorce case.
no, you can not marry another one. without getting divorce proceedings you can't. the person has to file the case and it should be contested. the person has not mentioned what is the original reason. Advocate Muralikrishnan.

no without divorce you cannot go for aboard and get married, you can file divorce and go aboard so that you will get divorce and can get married again but it is an offence to your wife so you can file and leave aboard for any response
