I got married 1 year back,we both were staying in mumbai together. One day I found her doing extra marital affair activity. She told it's her cousin but she keep on continuing it. She started abusing me. Also she started saying u don't have money to make me feel luxury.While sex she use to say ,she misses her cousin. She like sleeping with him. I told everything to her parent they scolded me alot. after 3 months of marriage her parents came took all jewellery and ran away from my flat. After 5 days ,her father started called and said he want to finalize and scolded me. She blocked me, also we tried alot to get her back. Already Sent 3 notice from family court she is not coming . What to do pls help.
Is a divorce petition already filed in the Family Court? And was notice served to her? The Court gives a couple of chances to her to appear and if she doesn't appear then in that case in her absence you can proceed further exparte in the matter and an Exparte Decree of Divorce could be passed in your favour.

if in family court you are for restitution then make an xparty order and wait for one year and after one year make divorce application
that's it you can't do anything more because law if in favor of women's so you must go legally for divorce or your wife will go for alimony
