I filed section 9 on my husband and his lawyer didn't countered and my husband sent court notice section 13 1 ia. Both lawyers did not countered to the notice. Why?

That means that your husband is not interested in coming back to his matrimonial life and wants divorce from you and that's why he has filed the divorce under cruelty grounds. If you are also not able to live with him then you can always file a petition under DV or under section 125 CrPC to claim your monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Till 6 child will be with mother and further it depends what is suitable for child .who can take good care and who can provide the peaceful and a good life to child . There are other criterias as well whic must be considered
