I filed RCR on My Wife And They Are Asking Me To Submit My Assets And liability. Should I submit it?

yes it is mandatory as per order of supreme court need to submit to court that will be safe for you one side opposite party cannot say falsely you have more income source so submit the same to court any further clarification contact my number

Yes she must have file an application for maintenance as per the supreme court Judgement both the parties have to submit their assets and liabilities affidavit along with the documents as asked for in the format as mentioned in the judgement, as per the Judgement if any party claims maintenance or permanent alimony then both parties have to file affidavit of assets and liabilities.
