I filed MC, DVC case on my husband

26-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I filed sec9 and my husband filed sec13 1ia. I don't want to continue with him because he was not satisfying me sexually. Court counseling failed. I am working women earning 1 lakh per month. My husband is IT employee, he had no properties on his name but his parents had properties. I filed MC and DVC case on him. Can I get my his parents properties share and his salary share.

Well, you cannot claim anything in the Properties owned by the Parents of your Husband. You can merely claim either Maintenance or/and Alimony, in terms of Self made moveable and immovable Properties of your Husband.

Well legally, you cannot claim his Parents Properties for Maintenance and Alimony. You can claim Self made Properties achieved or earned by your Husband during his lifetime for Maintenance or Alimony.
