Hello, the court does not need to send summons of execution if the same is filed within two years of passing the order. The court may directly issue a warrant of attachment or conditional warrants of arrest,if you know the whereabouts of your husband.

you can file an application before the court that you don't have any other address of his and he got the knowledge of the pendency of petition, but he is deliberately avoiding the service, so the court should proceed further with the execution by ordering publication and arresting order

In civil cases, it is the duty of plaintiffs to give correct address to the court or service of summons. Even if your spouse is residing outside India, you can give that address to the court but if you are not sure where is he residing file file criminal case against him so whenever he will come back to India, police will arrest and present him in the court.
