I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 yr kid

I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 year old kid, but my wife is not ready and She wants to get divorced. She has moved to her parents house to Punjab so it's not even possible for me to visit or see my child easily. How can I stop the divorce from happening? I really don't want to go through the divorce and get separated from my child. Her moving to a different city will anyways make it very difficult for me to meet my child.

Sir, you may file restitution of conjugal rights due to wife without reasonable excuse withdraw herself from the society. In such situation, husband has a legal right to file a petition in the Court for restitution of conjugal rights. Further, you have full right on child please call for further consultation.

Dear Client, You can approach to the your local District Court via your advocate and by file the petition under the section 9 of the Hindu marriage act that your wife without reasonable excuse withdrawn from the society . Also you can file for the custody of your child and visiting rights too.

You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Through this petition the court may direct your wife to stay with you. Simultaneously, you can also seek visitation rights in order to meet your child even if your wife is living in different city. I would suggest you to have face-to-face consultation so that I could understand your case in a better way and could suggest you better ways as per law.
