I do not want to pay alimony to my wife post mutual consent - options?

19-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got a mutual divorce last year and settled for a 50% share in properties (2 -1 yet to be sold 1 sold before the divorce, both in mutual name). Although my wife is more educated than me she is not willing to work and also getting a big sum on Maintenance for herself and our daughter (I am also picking up all costs for the daughters' education). I feel I am getting totally robbed, I want a way out of this - can someone give some good advise rather than stuff like clauses from the law books.

Dear Sir, It seems you have already settle the matter and got Mutual Divorce. If Mutual Divorce is not yet accepted then you may say that by misleading you such Mutual Divorce terms were agreed by you but not voluntarily. If you have paid entire consideration for purchasing the properties then you are not suppose to give fifty percent share to your wife. Since she is earning big amount as such you are not suppose to pay anything to her towards her maintenance or alimony.
