I belive my wife is lying and cheating on me.


23-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am christian. My wife stays in same city. She won't give me her address. She has put rules like I should never ask her anything or make video call anytime during the day or night. She would call when she needs something. She has not visited me since 3 months and I belive she is taking money from me by lying to me and using me. And might be involved in illegal and immoral activities what should I do. Should I go to police or what's the beat thing to do? Explain the steps please.

Dear Sir, Just stop payments to her. No body do anything as your weakness known to your wife. Just file a divorce case if she is leading immoral life then you will get it without alimony to her. Just take initiate now itself otherwise she may put cases on your and blackmail you.

police do not have anything in this unless you have proof of someone having done some crime. having legally married you have here right to be with your wife and father you can approach Civil Court by filing a case and ask in the court to order her to come to you.

better you go for once police station and they try to advise if it is also not work than best thing is court once you enter the court she has to come to court n answer the whatever you have doubt if you want take divorce you can .. because the man or women marriage anyone' for sex if anyone of them not cooperating than need separate if further information cal me
