I applied divorce in 2021.there is no chance to live with him so i came to this decision. But he following me and talking to my friends circle to patch up with me. Literally it's annoying. There no point to patch up with him. Clearly I understood he wants my daughter not me so that he talking about patch up. So many hurts and unacceptable things happened I dont want him for my future. What is there to end entire things with him. Plz suggest me.

As a father your husband has the right to interact with his daughter. If he files for visitation the court will grant the same unless there is any threat to the life of your daughter. If your husband spreads wrong information about you or if he attempts to harm you then you can get restraint order.

proceed with the divorce soon.. don't get any unnecessary adjournments of your pending divorce petition.. If possible give a police complaint that he is giving you mental torture. tell your advocate to expidite the matter
