Issue is my wife left me after fight in public. sent notice section 9 one me but the fact is she doesn't want to leave with me. We got separated 2 years back. I already filled section 13 1ia since she rejects for mutual divorce also. my age is 33. She want to waste my time. How to win these cases and get divorce. Dear Sir, If you are income is three times of your wife then only you are liable to pay alimony to her. Since her salary is 1 Lakh as such you are not suppose to pay any alimony to her. You will get certified copies and even without it you can appear in Section 9 case and get free copies from the Advocate of other side. You may go to High Court take time bound direction to the Family Court to dispose of the case within next 6 months.
