I am not happy with my wife and i want for divorce

Hi,nI am not happy with my wife due to violation and her planning for my murder, i do't know why she want but she is talking with any person and she is always threaten for same.i don't want to live together. And my wife is not agree for mutual divorce.my date of marriage is 18 fab 2018. Both religion is hindunnFirstly suggest me what i am do and what is procedure for same.

First of all you must file a criminal complaint against her in the police station of your area. Then you can go for contested divorce under cruelty if she is not interested in mutual divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file a divorce under Hindu Marriage Act 1955 as per your facts and for which u will have to file petition for divorce in the family court having jurisdiction for the same for which u can speak to a lawyer and follow further
