I am not getting my jwellery and my belongings from my in laws

I got married to a person who is emotionless and impotent. But he managed to make physical certificate and now he didn't appear for councilling and reluctant to return my jwellery and my belongings. Court order 5k / month maintenance charges what should I do now I am not working anywhere. How to recover my belongings.

You can file section 27 of hma in family court for recovery of jewels or gifts or dowry and you can ask per month maintenance amount to husband in section 125 of crpc and if you already filled section 125 of crpc then you should file section 125(3) of crpc to recover amount of said order under section 125 and you can file also domestic violence case against him and his family members to harassing him . you have to file a case of history then of 167 adhiniyam and you have to the police complain against him to get your thing you file a police complaint against him you have to file a case for student 6 and 406 IPC Vivek there someone
