I am mentally disturbed due to my wife tourcher. She is not understanding me and she is always argument with me and she is not caring of my parents. Everyday she is ready to argue and fighting with me and she is using bad words always
Dear Sir,
You have to issue a legal notice stating her conduct and bad behaviour with you and your family members. You may restrain her from behaving like that otherwise you may approach Family Court for Divorce. Getting divorce is not so easy. You may try to adjust with her and if not possible collect evidence about her unusual behaviour and file a divorce case.

file a petition in court for divorce on the ground of cruelty if you are not able to reside with her and the relationship is not working between you and her or you both can go for mutual consent divorce if the wife is also ready, if she is not ready for mutual consent then you have to file divorce petition against her on ground of cruelty.
