I am married in 13 december 2018. But my marrige is not registered.

My marriage is not registered so how can i get a divorce.

marriage registration or certificate is not a mandatory document to file a divorce . only arrange marriage card bearing place of solemnization of marriage, date and marriage photos, with the help of these documents you can file divorce petition.

marriage certificate is not necessary to get the divorce. you can file the petition under section 13 A and 13b i.e contested and mutual respectively . You just need the photographs of the marriage and the petition can be filled

hello you can file divorce contested or with mutual consent by filing photographs of your marriage, marriage invitation card etc along with petition. Marriage certificate is not mandatory to file divorce petition.
