I am in abroad need divorce from my wife but she is not giving

Hi I am shia muslim, i need divorce from my wife but she is not giving me divorce,and she put dowry case, adultery case, domestic violance and maintenance cases on me, i had given her my first divorce notice by my lawyer but she refused. And again se went to police and complained put false cases on me. What should i do please help me asap.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you have discussed in your query about that you are a muslim by religion so the procedure for this you know about it as you have to give her in three lunar month by information to her and the reasons and after giving her the Mehar amount then you have to give her the notice by an advocate if you have done all then by your advocate you can file your W.S. giving all the evidence if she has put the false allegations against you and your family members for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
