I am Hindu. I have filed a case for maintenance in Hyderabad as my husband has moved to Hyderabad.He has broken open the lock of the flat in Bangalore in my absence and taken away all valuables like gold, silver, car, scooty, electronic items for which I have lodged a complaint with Kadugodi police. But he has communicated with the police and as I was in trauma I didn't further report the list of missing items the next day in the station. Now I want to transfer the maintenance and DV case to B'

if you transfer the case it il take more time and you have to go for supreme court better withdraw the case and file fresh suit and clarify whether the items which is theft by your husband in your name if so then file theft case and issue non bailable warrant

Dear Madam, You can withdraw both the cases with a liberty to file in Bengaluru since you have filed voluntarily in Hyderabad now you cannot transfer the same to Bengaluru. You may approach higher police officers to recover the gold ornaments from your husband and in the meanwhile ask the Police to record your further statement in respect of list and description of gold ornaments.
