I am filing for a divorce and Child custody
16-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
It’s been 5.5 yrs since i am married and had a child within the year.. coz of the husband md family harassment and they never took care of kid wen he had Health issues and I had to move to abroad leaving my kid with my parents and husband comes once in year to see my kid even after living in the same city. Now I decided to file divorce from the foreign country. I would need advise about my kids custody. Will I get my kids custody or my husband .. please assist me further.

hello client you have to file a case in court stating that you are not happy with the narring and you want to get separated from your husband and want to live a talension free life and you as your Chile is small you will her his custody

since child custody is involved it is better to file divorce in India. overseas divorces are permitted only if both parties are living overseas for considerable period of time and divorce is in accordance to personal laws(Hindu, muslim, Christian etc)
