You can file for the custody of any one child who is above the age of 5 years . However if both the children are not being properly maintained even if they are below 5 u can get custody of both. Important is ur financial condition ,and welfare of the child is of utmost importance as laid down in law. Contact me for any help.

yes you can get the custody under Guardian and Wards act and till the end of the case you will also get the interim custody to meet your children's and for the brief discussion you have to come to my office
