Kindly guide me about how to file divorce petition and time period and othe legal issues.

triple talak is ban by the order of honble sc however their are other way that you can send notice demanding talak and after the three notice you can get declaration and of divorce from the court for further details you can call me

within few months you can successfully get the order from the court. but before that you have to make out a proper background. and needs to send a Talak nama to your wife but that should be drafted maticuously by keeping the present situation of law in mind.
