I already filed for DV it's been 1.5 year now I want to file divorce.kindly suggest me the correct way to file. Do I file divorce during DV case?

Yes you can file simultaneously with the ongoing DV petition. If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file divorce at any moment Have u gone for mediation u could have go for settlement in dv case also for further information plz free to call in settle the matter through mutual divorce if some good offer comes to you
