Husband was arrested for fraud in his bank. I want to get a divorce

We're married for 1year, my husband cheated me saying he is not linked to a fraud that happened in bank where he is working, but he was arrested few days after my marriage and stayed in jail for almost a month and came out on bail. Can I file for a divorce ?

Yes you can file a divorce a your husband cheated you and asli he broked ur trust so you cal apply for divorce with your husband and you can separate with your husband...approach to any advocate he will help you in getting divorce with your husband

hi if you want to apply for divorce then you could petition on the grounds of mental harassement and cruelty and physical one and that for the above reason you cannot file for divorce then you could file it for other reasons
