Husband wants to do Second marriage,wife is not ready to give divorce

I like someone and he also likes me.We know each other from last one year. He told me that he will marry me if his wife will give divorce to him due to his marital life is not working since last 6 years. Now the problem is that,his wife is not ready to give divorce and she is also not living happily with him. He really don't want to continue his marriage with her due to her worst behavior with him and his family. But she is not ready to give divorce. What should we do?? We both belongs from hindu religion.
there is a possible way out which needs to be dealt with properly so that both of you succeed and the first wife will be in trouble and lastly she will have no other option than to accept both of you and she will also not be in a position to do anything
