my husband wants to divorce me only 5 months of marriage nd marry other girl md had sent notice to my dad im in dipression nd put allegations on his parents can he divorce me within a year on such false basis?

No he can't divorce you at such early stage. You can file against him case under Domestic Violence Act and also claim from him certain protections which are provided as per the various provisions of Domestic Violence Act. As per Hindu marriage Act He has to wait for One year and have enough grounds for divorce which he is not having.
