Husband used me for money and now left me forever,abused me physically

My husband married me because he had no money for survival 6 years back.Always threatened me to leave alone to suffer.my in laws tortured me physically and mentally,my husband leaves me alone, blocked my number,I don't know where he is now. I need to know,what can I do now? Can I get my issue resolved in CAW cell?H3 doesn't want to live with me because he is able to fulfill his daily need now.I want to be with him, he is mentally harassing me to take divorce.

you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. additionally you may also file a complaint before the local police station putting forth the tortures committed by your husband and in laws. their women cell may get in touch with you and try to counsel him.

approach local district court for resolution of your dispute. get your matter referred to counseling and mediation, call your husband in court. or take services of good mutual friend who may also act like mediator. engage good and trustworthy lawyer for further strategy. Thanks
