Husband torchering not ready for divorce dont want give compensation

My problem is that i am into a bad marriage. My husband every month drop me at my home and ask for divorce and then he come back and ask me to feel sorry for everything and take me back home. The main reason of our conflicts is that he is alcoholic. It is 20 months now of our marriage and he did it again. He tried to emotionally torture me. Now i want divorce from him and all my.money back which we spend in our wedding. He is saying that neither he will give me divorce, not even will keep me with him and nor he will give a single penny back to me. What should I do?
Hi, Please contact us personally so that proper complaint against your husband can be prepared so that you can file the same in CAW Cell and can file for another two cases i.e. Domestic Violence Case and a maintenance case u/s 125 Cr.PC. In this way your husband will come on table to negotiate with you for divorce and alimony. You can file a divorce case against him on the grounds of cruelty but before doing that you should have enough proof which could withstand you allegation and could prove the case in your favor, also you can file a maintenance petition demanding regular monetary maintenance from your husband.
