your husband cannot make any harassment in the nature of interfereing into your privacy dealing with the phone is your privacy and he cannot question what your activities unless and until if it leads an adult trust life if you feel this harassment ask mental cruelty then you can proceed for divorce if you want to live to get there then you should make an amicable settlement through family and friends with your husband regarding your husband's activity and continue with a peaceful life and if it is not possible for the only legal step is judicial separation or divorce.

there is no specific law that mandates you to show your phone to your spouse or anyone else. The right to privacy is protected under the Indian Constitution, and individuals have the right to maintain their privacy, including their personal communications. However, it's important to note that every situation is unique, and if there are legal proceedings involved, such as a divorce or domestic violence case, the court may consider relevant evidence, including electronic communications, if it is deemed necessary and admissible. If you are facing abuse, harassment, or any form of violence from your husband, it is important to prioritize your safety. Consider reaching out to a lawyer, a local women's rights organization, or helpline for guidance and support. They can provide you with information on your legal rights, options available, and help you navigate through the process.
